Flatbed Printers In Stock Now in stock and available for demo’s the Durager 600 Flatbed printers

Here at A0 printer Repairs we now have stock of the latest model of the Durager 600 series Flatbed printers as well as inks and spare parts.

We have just undergone intensive factory training with the senior technician from the Korean manufacturer covering all aspects of installation, operation and service  and will be able to offer all services regarding these excellent and very vesatile machines.

The latest models have built-in haloegen lamps for pre-heating the substrates, full 8 colour inks, auto print-height adjustment and have a print area of 323mm x 550mm.

With a resolution of up to 5760 x 1440 DPI and less than 2 minutes to print 4 x full colour A3 sheets (at 1440 DPI)  they are the answer to all your non-standard printing questions.

There are a whole range of these amazing machines that go up to B0 size - all available.

There are basically 4 versions of each model:

The SD machine

Uses Eco Solvent inks and can be used widely for most rigid printing materials such as plastics, acrylic, wood, stone, aluminium, metal, PVC, leather, ceramic ABS glass etc.

The SP machine

Uses Eco Solvent SP (Special)  inks prints on PC (Polycarbonate)  ABS, leather and other composite materials, The SP inks can actually penetrate some substrates up to 2 mm where as the SD inks remain on the surface.

The TX machine and the TXW

The TX machine uses standard water based pigmented textile ink without white colour (for printing on white and light coloured t-shirts)

The TXW machine uses premium quality water based textile ink with white colour for printing on black t-shirts or dark coloured t-shirts
